These Partner Terms apply to participation in the Klusaro Partner Program.
By applying for or participating in the Partner Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Partner Program
The Klusaro Partner Program allows approved partners to refer customers to Klusaro and earn commission from eligible paying subscriptions.
Participation is subject to approval by Klusaro.
Klusaro may approve, reject, pause, or terminate partner accounts at its discretion.
2. Referral Tracking
Each approved partner receives a unique referral link.
Referrals are tracked when a visitor uses the partner’s referral link and creates a Klusaro account.
Partners can view clicks, registrations, active customers, and commissions inside the partner dashboard.
Klusaro is not responsible for referrals that are not tracked because of deleted cookies, browser restrictions, incorrect links, or other technical limitations outside our control.
3. Commission
Approved partners may earn recurring commission from eligible paying customers they refer.
The commission percentage is shown in the partner dashboard.
Commission is only earned on successfully paid subscription amounts.
No commission is earned on free accounts, failed payments, refunded payments, cancelled subscriptions, fraudulent accounts, or internal test accounts.
4. Payouts
Partner commissions are paid manually by bank transfer.
Partners must provide valid payout details in the partner dashboard.
Klusaro may require a valid invoice before paying commissions.
Partners are responsible for providing correct payment details and for complying with their own tax and accounting obligations.
Payouts may be delayed if payment details are incomplete, incorrect, or if an invoice is required but not provided.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
If a referred customer cancels, receives a refund, disputes a payment, or fails to pay, Klusaro may remove, adjust, or reverse the related commission.
Recurring commission only continues while the referred customer remains an active paying customer.
6. Prohibited Activity
Partners may not:
- Refer themselves or create fake accounts
- Use misleading claims about Klusaro
- Spam individuals, groups, forums, or communities
- Use paid advertising that impersonates Klusaro
- Bid on Klusaro brand terms without permission
- Make promises that are not confirmed by Klusaro
- Promote Klusaro through illegal, deceptive, or harmful methods
Klusaro may reject referrals or terminate partner accounts if abuse, fraud, or misleading activity is detected.
7. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for how they promote Klusaro.
Partners must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, privacy requirements, and advertising regulations.
Partners must clearly represent that they are independent partners and not employees, agents, or official representatives of Klusaro.
8. Changes to the Program
Klusaro may update commission rates, payout rules, approval requirements, or these Partner Terms at any time.
Changes will apply going forward and will not affect commissions already earned unless fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or payment failure is involved.
9. Termination
Either party may stop participating in the Partner Program at any time.
Klusaro may suspend or terminate partner access if the partner violates these terms or harms Klusaro’s reputation, users, or systems.
