Create a lead form
Video walkthrough: Build and test a lead form
Use this task to create a lead form in the current Klusaro workspace.
Before you start
Open Klusaro as a user with access to Leadformulieren.
Steps
- Open Leadformulieren.
- Select Nieuw leadformulier.
- Complete name, slug, public title, button label, success message, and consent.
- Add required fields and pipeline mapping.
- Select Save Form.

The updated state appears in Klusaro and can be reopened for confirmation.
