Open edit archive or delete a document
Use this task to open edit archive or delete a document in the current Klusaro workspace.
Before you start
Open Klusaro as a user with access to Dokumenti.
Steps
- Atvērts Dokumenti and locate the disposable file.
- Use Atvērts vai View to inspect it.
- Use Edit to maintain metadata.
- Use Archive vai Delete only for disposable files.
- Read the confirmation and verify the result.

The updated state appears in Klusaro and can be reopened for confirmation.
